In 1984, HG Sukdev Goswami Prabhu, a disciple of HH Gopal Krishna Goswami Maharaj was travelling with Parshuram Sahu a newly joined devotee to Kumbha Mela.

"Would you like to hear from a person in whose character all the qualities of Srila Prabhupāda are reflected?" asked HG Sukdev Goswami Prabhu.

"Yes, but who is that saintly person?"

He's HH Lokanath Swami Maharaj, in his character everyone finds Prabhupada’s qualities. He doesn't limit himself to the service of any disciple, any temple or any area, or anything. He doesn’t have any fixed area of preaching or any fixed temple. He preaches to all widths and breadths of the globe! When everyone was having one temple, particular disciples and a particular area to preach Maharaj didn't restrict himself to fixed areas in preaching, he served all the temples wholeheartedly"

The glorification of the glorious master increased the hankering to Parshuram Sahu to have the darshan of such a Sādhu!

Shrirang Chavan was a relative of  Gurumaharaj from Mumbai who came to inspire him and convinced him to rejoin and complete his studies. Once a grihastha disciple happened to converse with a Panda (Pujari) in Jagannath temple in Puri.  The Panda was narrating how Lord mercifully even today speaks and performs pastimes with certain devotees on this planet and one such person who is the senior most pujari of the temple, was narrating that in Iskcon there is one Lokanath Swami with whom Jagganath speaks!

When Gurumaharaj took sannyas he wrote a letter to his family that now I have took sannyasa and I want one more person from our family to join me, so HG Sita Mataji, Gurumaharaj’s sister took her son, who was 5-6 years old to Juhu temple.  Gurumaharaj to pick her up went to Vile Parle which is far from the temple so Gurumaharaj took the boy on his back from Vile Parle to Juhu temple on foot only to not waste Srila Prabhupāda’s money.
