The vehicle was repaired and now devotees resumed their happy journey only to realize that they left the gas cylinder and carried only the stove. As the journey started early in the morning and the route was long to reach expectedly by 9pm there was no source to get food. 

Guru Maharaj was about to go to a brahmachari’s house to stay there but that day the brahmachari's mother was not well and she had to be taken to the hospital. 

The dusk rose and Guru Maharaj didn't honour prasadam yet, no one knew what to do next as they reached the village.  

People of Charmoshi village curiosity came to see the Hare Krishna Sādhu and devotees and took all the 12 in groups of 4 to their homes for prasadam. 

No one knew whether Guru Maharaj had prasadam properly that night or not.

The brahmachari who was supposed to make arrangements came the next day and without asking him anything, Guru Maharaj asked the brahmachari “How is your mother? Let’s go to see her!" And after seeing her Guru Maharaj honour Prasadam properly after a day!

This pastime reveals how much sacrifice Guru Maharaj makes without any complaints. 

Next time when we eat at Gōvinda's we can thank Guru Maharaj for going through so much to give us a devotee life!

Once a grihastha disciple happened to converse with a Panda (Pujari) in Jagannath temple in Puri.  The Panda was narrating how Lord mercifully even today speaks and performs pastimes with certain devotees on this planet and one such person who is the senior most pujari of the temple, was narrating that in Iskcon there is one Lokanath Swami with whom Jagganath speaks!

When Gurumaharaj took sannyas he wrote a letter to his family that now I have took sannyasa and I want one more person from our family to join me, so HG Sita Mataji, Gurumaharaj’s sister took her son, who was 5-6 years old to Juhu temple.  Gurumaharaj to pick her up went to Vile Parle which is far from the temple so Gurumaharaj took the boy on his back from Vile Parle to Juhu temple on foot only to not waste Srila Prabhupāda’s money.
